What’s Next With GC Detective?

Filed under: General GoogleCash News — chris at 11:45 am on Tuesday, June 5, 2007

Wow!  I appreciate the overwhelming interest that we received for the Google Cash Detective yesterday.  It was very refreshing to see such a large response to a project that has been so long in development.

Currently, we are rapidly adjusting to the unexpected demand and have made significant improvements to handle the incredible response.  For example, this morning we have added 3 full time staff members who will be assisting with downloads, installations, and technical support.

We have received very helpful feedback from customers, and we are making adjustments to serve them better.  Additionally, we still have two full time staff members who are focused on the business building applications of the software and who will be able to help you as you start to use the Detective.

For those of you who were able to purchase yesterday, congratulations, and I humbly apologize for anything less than a perfect experience.  Honestly, we were not prepared to deliver to the scale of interest that we received yesterday.  Having more than doubled our staff in 24 hours, we are doing everything we can to catch up.

I am extremely grateful that so many people understand the power of this tool.  I am aware that many people could not get their orders through.  In particular, I apologize to customers from Australia and the UK where we seemed to have a number of processing problems.

I had no idea that we would sell out so quickly.  I thought it would take several days.  People were ready at noon, and our servers were at absolute capacity.  At one point for nearly half an hour, I couldn’t even login myself.  I’ve never seen that happen.

There were lots of surprises for me yesterday.  That is just the nature of the new world that we live in.  Please don’t be discouraged if you were unable to purchase.  We will respect the waiting list and will contact you when space becomes available.

For those of you who have emailed asking when we will release more copies of the Google Cash Detective, please be patient as we must wait until we are sure that we have properly taken care of our current customers.

I am absolutely committed to achieving the highest level of customer satisfaction that is humanly possible.

Because customer satisfaction is so important to me, we will delay selling more copies of the Google Cash Detective until we have satisfied our current customers and are prepared to deal with a rapid response like the one we saw yesterday.

Please be assured that when we are ready to sell another limited quantity of the Google Cash Detective, we will proceed in a way that is fair to everyone.

Thank for your continued interest in the Google Cash Detective.

Sincerely,

Chris Carpenter

Thanks for your hard work. As I mentioned in my email yesterday which you probably have not had time to read i was devastated to not get a copy.

Please give us all plenty of notice so that I can take off work the day of the next release. Not sure how many signed up on the first day for the waiting list. Would be great if you would give everyone who signed up the first day an opportunity to purchase the next release first before releasing to the public.

As I’ve noticed in others comments there were lots of people who had huge hopes of the future crushed.

I’m going to take this time to build huge keyword list and attempt to practice your concepts manually. I will be totally prepared when I do get a copy.

Thanks again for all your hard work. Hope to get a copy soon.

Sean

Hey Chris,

Didn’t expect it?!
Your just being modest ;-)

Personally, if I had a site drop below 500 in Alexa,
and it was still in pre-launch,
I’d be shaking the ground I stood on with my nerves!

Did you sleep at all for that week? LOL!

CONGRATULATIONS on an excellent launch Bro!
You deserve it!

Brad.

It is good news that there may still be some hope to get a chance to use this software. My question is if I buy this while using my computer at work, will I be able to do whatever I need to do from my computer at home? The whole “recorded IP address to prevent fraud” threw a curve ball at me. If other people are allowed in, and it is done in a similar manner, I will have to purchase while I am at work. I was just curious how that all worked.

Thanks, Todd Klingler

Hi Chris,

Do you think you can create a GCD member’s only forum? We really do need a place where us 500 folks can congregate and share infos.

Thanks!

P.S. I’ve got GCD running and it really rocks!

Just wanted to let you know that this is really cool! I got my install done with your tech guys, and I’m in business. I’m uploading my 2nd batch of keywords now.

I started with a small keyword set, and I can’t believe how fast I’m looking at every Adwords ad for all of my keywords two pages deep. I’m learning a ton just from looking at all of them!

I’m dropping ads into my Adwords account with the Automator, and I can’t believe how fast I’m building out campaigns.

This is truly amazing!

Thanks again!

Chris,

I had nothing but GC Detective on my mind right up to launch time. I’m on Pacific time so I googled “central time” to be totally and absolutely sure I was focusing on the correct launch time.

15 minutes before 10 am Monday morning I took time off work and sped home to my PC which was on stand-by and frantically tried the GC link in my email!

It took many tries to get onto the sales page and finally it popped up! It was like winning the lottery!

Don’t know if it was luck or fate but I had invisioned it happening this way, speeding down the highway, abusing my mouse and chanting c’mon! c’mon! c’mon!

I really feel the frustration for the people who could not get a copy since it truly is a work of art. Luckily there is a waiting list!! Don’t give up hope guys it will be well worth the wait!

Right now the GC cron job software is clicking away crawling my keywords,[a glorious sound!]

Your software is a breakthrough in Internet Marketing and I thank you for giving me this opportunity!

Warm Regards,

John

RE: Are You Ready For The Detective?

After the first GCD software conference last Saturday I was amazed to see the negativity, not by all of course but by some who were complaining about the price of GCD, the inefficiencies of the conference room, GCD support team and so on.

I for one had my troubles but this is just the beginning and never expected a perfect ride.

How much would it cost to develop this type of software? Thousands of dollars + 6 to 8 months??

The cost of this software compared to opening a storefront business/franchise with hundreds of man hours and the 3 year make it or break it syndrome hanging ever so heavily over one’s head!

Everyone might have heard that only 5% of internet marketers make it big. Correct me if I’m wrong please but that tells us all that we need an edge over everybody else scratching for financial freedom.

Frank and Steven stuck it out even through the technical difficulties and negative comments. I say don’t panic and let this new software do it’s job and teach us no matter how rocky things get.

I recommend reading a post that Chris put up in May
Are You Ready For The Detective?

Included is the 5 Steps which will clear your mind and get you back on track if you have any doubts.

Hey Chris,

Any word as to when the waiting list will open up? I have to leave town a week from Thurs. for 10 days and I sure don’t want to miss out again.

Hi,

I read through your salesletter for this amazing software, what kind of pricetag are we talking about, why keep it so secret???

Does it run on a mac?

Hope you will clear that up for me, Chris.

PS. I hope I will manage to get a hold of a copy when the next offer comes along.

This is a great offer that kicks ass…

Regards,
Jon

Props to the Detective! I bought the Google Cash Detective to scale up my affiliate marketing efforts and to learn some new selling techniques from my competitors. Letting curiosity guide me, I started researching some keywords for my company.
Yesterday I presented my research and estimated how much money was likely being made in niches where we have expertise. I absolutely melted the tiny little brains of all of the members of my group!

Talk about powerful information!!! Now my group loves me and I feel like I could do all right without them. Either way is good for me!

Thanks for turning me on to the Detective!

Hello Chris!

oh, another week of waiting..! I had been getting myself ready for getting a copy today, but i guess i´ll just have to wait a while longer;)

But i guess it is also good for me, another week to learn more about the affiliate world, build more lists of keyword..do more research! I am so eager to get starting!!

About the “spaceship team”, what a cool idea! would love to be in one of them and i will try my best to get into one!

Do we (we who not yet are a part of the “gcdetective group”) have a chance to be in the spaceship teams? Or will you select people who already bought a copy of the gcdetective?

Another question..

The Mexico contest! How do I compete?:) would hate myself if i´d miss out to atleast have a chance to win! would be so awsome:)

I know you are really busy with the launch and everything, but i hope that you or maybe someone in your crew have the time to answer my questions!

take care,

Andreas

This was originally emailed to you at 2:58 AM, July 3, 2007.

Hello Chris: My name is Jim Box. I am 74 years young and live in San Antonio, Texas. I was all pumped and ready to place my order for the Google Cash Detective today until I received your email notifying us about the delay until next Tuesday.

Then I was elated to see your offer, whereas you are going to select a group of marketers that you will work with 1 on 1 to implement successful Spaceships.

I think that if you can teach a 15 year young lady from Puerto Escondido, Mexico to master your system, it would be quite an accomplishment to teach a 74 year old Geezer, without any experience with Adwords or Affiliate Marketing from South Texas, to do the same.

I, therefore, would like to submit my request to be included in the opportunity to work with you 1 on 1 for our mutual success.

I have read “Google Cash Strikes Back” 3 times and have watched all the videos twice and will do so again today. I WILL BE PREPARED!

I will be anxiously awaiting your response to my request.

If you are interested in my services, please email me your phone number and the best time to call. I will be happy to call you at your convenience.

Either way, I will be waiting by my computer next Tuesday noon to place my order.

In only two weeks, I’ve more than paid for my new software! Yeaaaah, I love that!!!

I’m ecstatic that I could see my results so quickly. I’m using my marketing dollars more efficiently than ever. The automation saves time, and I’m using that to find more opportunities.

Praises for the Google Cash Detective and Automator Systems!

Hi Chris

Eagerly counting down to spaceship launch!

I expect to find myself in cyberspace in a few hours with my sight firmly fixed on alien territory.

With your help in steering this earthling to adapt and master this incredibly vast and awesomely abundant e-commerce world there is no limit to the amount Millions4Good will be able to raise.

I am grateful for your brilliance and generosity,

Hey Chris!

I got it!=) i took a day of from work, updated the site every 30 sec for about 1,5 hour to be sure i was one of the first to get a copy!

then, the site was online..! i get to the order page..then..disaster..! My computer didn´t accept the order page for some reason, total panic! But, after a serious run to my neigbour i was able to order and get a copy of it..and i LOVE it!

Just getting the hang of it, really trying to learn and get everything this time before it become to much and i get tired of it and leave..as i have done with other programs and “get rich stuff”.

But this is different, i can feel this works, i can see that this works! only a couple of days into the program and i have a campaign up and running that making more money than it costs me=)

Thanks alot Chris! you could have charged sooo much more money then this and only made it avalible to those who already have alot of money, but, it´s such a low price for all that you get! You give us a chance to change our lives and i thank you for it!

All the success to all of us GCdetectives, the market is ours!:D
